Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Divorce

A man was ordered by a judge to pay alimony and child suppost, but has fled the country. What can be done to him and can others be held responsbile for aiding him in this ? Also, what can be done with the marital home now that he has left the country and is not paying any of the alimony ordered by the courts ? Soem child suport is being paid.

The Family Court only has jurisdiction over those people who are actual parties to an action. If your case is still pending, the Court can address these issues and there are several types of remedies available. If the case is not pending, then you might consider bringing a new action to address the "marital" home, but you do not provide enough information to get too specific about that issue.
