Hi my name is marcos i have a big problem my wife and i have had problems for the majority of our marraige we have been separated twice this time it has been a year . Despite her infedelity i was going to get a no fault divorce but know she wont sign the papers unless i give up parental rights to my children. I have 2 daughters and i love them very much but i dont know what to do . The biggest problem of all is i dont have alot of money so its hard to hire an attorney can you help me all i want is advice. Thank you

If you want to be a father to your children, then you certainly should NOT sign any paperwork that limits your rights to them.

If you do not have enough money to hire an attorney, you may qualify for South Carolina Legal Services to represent you at no cost if you meet their guidelines/requirements.
