How long do I need to keep divorce papers when I am remarried

Your question is not very clear. If you are asking how long you have to abide by the terms of your Divorce Decree, the answer is that you will have to comply with those terms as long as they are applicable to you.

If you are asking how long you have to keep the actual papers themselves, then the answer is completely up to you. While it is certainly a good idea to keep them and all important legal documents, there is nothing that requires you to do so.

If you were to dispose of the papers and later realized that you need a copy, you can always get one later from the Clerk of Court in the County where the Order was issued.
