Do I have to move out of home after filing for divorce? Is it true that the spouse that leaves the residence will be at a disadvantage when the case comes to the judge?

Re: divorce question

Whether or not you should leave the home and its impact on your overall case are strategic questions, and the answers depend on the facts of your particular case. Without knowing much more information, it is not possible to provide you with an answer that would be helpful to you.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
