How can I get a quick inexpensive divorce w/ one child involved from a spouse who doesnt want to cooperate

There are many factors which affect the cost of a divorce action. The fact that you have children makes it more complicated, because the issues of custody, visitation, child support, etc. must be addressed. The fact that your spouse doesn't want to cooperate will also result in it costing you more than it would if he/she were cooperative.
