Divorce ,SC
is drug addiction reason enough to have a spouse removed the home?There is no physical abuse, just not coming home, dont know who is coming to the house, etc.

You can file for a divorce on the ground of habitual drunkenness, based on his drug abuse. As part of that action, you can ask that he be removed from the marital residence.
You can also take steps to keep him out once he leaves, such as changing the locks. However, I do not necessarily recommend that you do so, as it may lead to violence.
