I have been seperated from my husband since feb.I was living in Michigan and filed for a divorce, i have since moved to s.c. do i have to start the process all over again,and follow the rules of one year seperation

If the action was validly filed in Michigan, then you can most likely continue it there. If you want to wait to refile here, then you will need to meet the jurisdictional requirements for SC, which means that you must lie here for a year or both of you must live here for more than three months.
