going to get divorce

i have not sleep with my husband for about 4 years but we lived in the same house,,he moved out a over a year ago but now has a girlfriend but we are still married yet.. can i get him for adultery???

As long as you are still married, you can pursue a divorce on the ground of adultery. However, the Court can take the length of separation into account, but his adulterous activities should still hurt him to some degree.
