How can you go about getting a divorce from a spouse that has left the sate with no forwarding address ?

If you are unable to locate your spouse, the Court may allow you to serve him/her by publication.

Of course, there are requirements that must first be met, such as due diligence in attempting to locate him/her, but it is possible to get divorced without knowing specifically where your spouse lives at present.
