Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

my spouse is military and the 3 years we lived together he didnt let me work should i file for alimony we have been seperated now for almost 2 years and have 2 kids the first 6 months of seperation i got no support from him for the kids so should i file for back child support? can i file for divorce and make him pay court costs and attorney fees?

You can request all those things, but it's ultimately up to the judge as to whether you will receive them or not. You didn't provide enough information to comment on the likelihood of success on them.
