my wife had an affair and got pregnant then tricked me into thinking it was mine.we have 3 kids already and I want to know since I put my name as the father am I going to have to pay child support for the kid and can I sue the other guy for my pain and suffering since I lost a high paying job due to the affair and the baby.

There is more information that is needed to give you a definitive answer, but there is a very good chance that you can still address the paternity of her lover's child and avoid paying child support for it. However, the sooner you address those issues the better.
South Carolina no longer allows a spouse to sue a lover for breaking up his/her marriage. Your loss of income as related to your wife's affair, etc. will be taken into consideration by the Family Court in your divorce case.
