Drug testing of spouse
In an attempt to gain visitation (unsupervised) with children, would the court request drug testing of the spouse if the custodial parent requests it?

If there is a good faith reason for the Court to order a parent to undergo drug testing, then the Court can (and often does) order it. Typically, both parents are required to take these tests though.
