Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

electronic eavesdropping, interspousal surveillance

seperation and impending divorce, wife continually violating the court order but friends cover her movements too well. Allowed one friend to hold baby in lap for more than 45 minutes in 95 degree heat with a fever, abusive.

Joint Business that she is now running, business open to the public on property that I had permssion from the owner to be there. placed a Voice Activated Recorder in the "clubhouse" trailer for about 6 days. Tapes reveal that the wife had "people watching me, involvement of 2 county deputy sheriffs departments in illegal wire tapping, one deputy crossed county lines to"dust for fingerprints to see if I had been there." Thus conducting his own private ivestigation, illegal. Tapes reveal the wife in the clubhouse with someone doing something other than talking. Also show that all communication with the Guardian is nothing more than an act, worst of all tapes reveal the GAL was helping her by tipping her off on all the things that I told the GAL. Are these tapes admissable in court. Again public business, joint business, public clubhouse, cordless telephone recording only on side of conversation, no real assumption of privacy is available... Are tapes admissable?

Re: electronic eavesdropping, interspousal surveillance

Your question asks if the tapes are admissible. The answer depends on what type of trial they might try to introduce them into and for what pupose the would offer them as evidence. I do not know enough from your question to tell you if they could be admitted into evidence. As far as answering your question by e-mail, I do not know what your e-mail address is.
