emancipation hearing

if I have an emancipation hearing scheduled and the defendant answered with things against me, and I am acting Pro Se, do I reply to this answer and file with court or wait until the hearing to present my side? Please Reply, Thank You

From a procedural standpoint, you are only required to file a Reply if the Defendant filed a Counterclaim. Otherwise, you can simply respond to any allegations from his Answer at the hearing. Good luck.
