Ex-Husband Does Drugs around my kids. What " Legally " can i do to protect my K

My Ex has visitation rights , but he is using drugs around my twin daughters. He tells me he is doing drugs, but when I try to keep the kids away from him, he denies doing drugs. What can I do to protect my children, I don't want to never let them see him, I just want him to have supervised visitation when he's around them. Can you please help...?????

Next time you take him to court you can requet a drug test. Ask the court to order the test using a strand of hair. By using the hair for the drug test the lab can determine whether he has used drugs for a period several weeks depending how long his hair is. The longer the hair the further back you can go.
