How do I go about having my ex-husband's parental rights taken away? He lives in another state. He has not paid child support in 14 months and has had no contact or visitation with our children in over one year. I do not want him in their life anymore.

Contact DSS in your county. They will help with payment of child support. Contact legal services in your county and they will set you up with a pro bono attorney.
