Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
My ex/remarried husband is about to take me back to court for child support. I know that he can and I would like to know how much he can get.Wehave split custody with him having primary and me secondary. I only make 1500 a month and have another child from a different man after the divorce. Also, I was wondring I could ask for more visitation. Since, he sometimes don'tbring him at all for visitation.

Without knowing all of the child support factors used previously and the ones now, it's not possible to give you an estimate of the child support. Also, in order to modify the child support or visitation, it will be required to prove a change of circumstances since you were last in Court.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
