Exwife changing last name
My ex wife remarried several years ago and changed her last name to 2nd husbands. However, they divorced and now she is going back to my last name. Is there anything legally that can be done to stop this? Thank you

You do not have standing to contest your ex-wife requesting to change her name to anything.
