Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Failed marriage

I got married a month a go...and my husband could not consumate the marriage he is impotent.He never shared this with me before we got married.I sold all of my things because I was moving in with him.Now I just can't stay with me...but I have to start over,can I sue him just to return me to the status I was before i sold everything?

You might be able to seek an annulment under the facts you describe. You can certainly file for a separation and later a divorce.

I don't know what you mean by "return me to the status I was before". You sold those items for their fair market value, so you have not been harmed monetarily.
