Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Family court

My daugher father is taking me to court for contempt of court .For not seeing his child for months,due to him no coming to get his daughter .He trys to come when he wants to come.And we live in the same town.My daughter have see her fathers car at work and he just don't pay her any attention.She asked me once mama can you ask the judge to tell my father to be a father to me.Now he wants to take me to court!!

The burden will be on him to prove that you willfully violated the Order, before the Court will hold you in contempt. Just because he says it doesn't make it true.
