Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

What would be the legal consequences for moving to another state with a child that has ordered visitation with the non custodial parent, every other weekend and every other Thursday.My family is trying to move because my father in law is sick.and there are bette employment and career opportunities.Would need to wait until we could have visitation changed.

There are many, many issues that the Court considers in "relocation" cases, and they depend upon the specific facts of each particular case. Also, there are many different types of reactions that you could receive from the non-custodial parent, ranging from cooperation to a request for a change of custody.
