family trouble
have been living with somone for about 8 years, not married.
no longer able to live with him & was wondering if there is a time limit for me to have him out of the house ( which is my house) he move in with me,,

The "best" way to get him out will depend upon the specific facts of your case and whether he's willing to voluntarily leave. For instance, you may have to file an eviction action in Magistrate Court, or he may just simply leave.
