Father in jail
im in s.c. he lives in Il. my son went to live with him a year ago he just got locked up again and my son is 14 and wants to come home what are my rights i never lost or gave up custody of my son

If you have legal custody of the child, then you can go get him. If you do not, then you will need to bring an action to obtain custody.
