Is it possible for me to file papers on my own without an attorney to take my ex back to court?

You can represent yourself in any action in Family Court, though it is certainly not wise to do so. If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.StevensFirm.com). I wish you the best of luck.
