Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
Hello, i filed for divorce myself, everything agreed on - kids, custody, properties, debts.
had my hearing re-scheduled and noticed that don't have Financial Declaration filed, and my previous lawyer (not anymore) did not prepared it for me, so
if we have Final Agreement of Divorce and agree on everything,
do I need the Financial Declaration file for the Hearing?

The Family Court Rules require everyone to have a Financial Declaration at court. Even with a complete agreement, it is best to have one. These forms and others are online at http://www.judicial.state.sc.us/.
