Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
i have a friend whos having trouble with her husband. Is it legal for him to steal their kids, and bring them into a different state. They are still married and shes scared that when she gets home from school that her kids will be gone.

No, it's not legal for anyone to "steal" someone's children. However, if they are married, then he has as much right to the children as she does, until and unless the Family Court says otherwise. If they are separating or she wants to separate, then she needs to consult an experienced family law attorney a.s.a.p. to discuss her options with regard to these issues.
