Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
I have full custody of my daughter (she is 10), and we have been homeschooling for four months. It has been very successful. My exhusband wants me to stop homeschooling, and put her back into school next year. He believes that she needs more socialization even though she is on two sports teams, Girls Scout, violin and a bunch of other activities. I provide him the complete weekly lesson plans and copies of her quizzes and tests and grades Now he wants bi-weekly summaries and the originals of all of her classwork, even though I have to turn it into the homeschool group. I give him what he wants then he wants something different. He will not talk with me directly regarding the issue. He just wants to argue via email. He is threatening to take me to court unless I agree with him. BTW, she is working 2 to 3 grades ahead on most subjects. Please help!!!!
