i want to find out what is the law for the guardanship custody right for grandparent right

Unless you can prove that both parents are unfit and/or that you have acted as a parent to the child, it is difficult to take any rights away from a "fit" parent. However, these situations are very fact specific, so it is difficult to answer this question in a general manner.
