guardianship
My husband and I kep our neice all he time and were interested in getting guardianship so that we could add her to our health insurance and provide her with adequate care. How do we do this?

To do what you say you want, you must get custody of the child. You have two ways to accomplish that: (1) get the parents to sign a custody agreement, or (2) file an action with the Family Court seeking custody.
