Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
Habitually drunk father and supervised visitation
I have filed for divorce on the grounds of habitual drunkenness and adultery. We have one child, 3 years old. The temporary order is for supervised visitation. Is there any chance my husband could ever get anything but supervised visitation??

Your attorney is the best person to answer that question, since he/she knows all of the pertinent facts of your particular case. Without knowing that information, I can only say that "yes, it is possible, unless you can prove that he poses some threat or danger to the child."
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
