Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
a little history, my ex husband of 26 1/2 years cheated on me for three years before I found out, when I divorced him he wasn't working and I was tired of everything at the time, we still own a house together, and he was suppose to pay half the mortgage and half the maintain fee and the taxes and so on, He never kept up with his end of the deal and to me, he left me for another women, then he marry her five weeks after our divorce was final. I have lived in the house after our divorce which was in 2002 till present, now he is wanting me to sell so he can take his 50% but he hasn't kept up with anything, he hasn't paid a penny on the place since 2009 which since 2001 he never paid any property taxes, I almost lost the house in 2007 because the second mortgage wasn't paid on time, which he never informed me he was late on, he has messed up my credit more times than I care to talk about.the Attorney that did my divorce his name is Alex Kinlaw, He didn't help me the way he should have, all he did was take my money. Anyway, can you help me?
