Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Getting someone out of my home

My aunt has a guy living with her. He is not on the lease and we as her family believe is keeping her under medication and things to keep her away from her family and she really wants him out. I just need to know legally how long or what do we have to do to help her make this happen ASAP.

SHE can tell him to get out, and if he refuses to leave, she can file an eviction action in Magistrate Court to have him removed. Concerned family members cannot run the lives of their relatives, even if they strongly disagree with the decisions that relative makes.
