Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My husband brought me to South Carolina, with the intent on coming back to get me in a couple of weeks. I haven't heard anything from him and it's been nearly 3 months now. What grounds can I file my divorce on (I'm planning on filing in September), and is there anything that I can do to get financial assistance from him for the time that I have been here to pay for bills that I have accumalated since I've been here?

The reason I am filing in September, is because I have to be a resident of South Carolina for 3 months. We were married in Georgia, and he moved to Charleston, SC for work. I assume he is still in Charleston. Like I've said, I haven't heard anything from him in 3 months, I haven't a clue if he is still here in SC.
