Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
my husband moved out because i asked him to, then i found out i was pregnant. I don't want to get a divorce, but I know he has been seeing someone else. Do I need to get a lawyer or just wait to see if he decides to come home? Is there anything I can do about him seeing someone else?

You need to decide whether you want a divorce or not, because if you do you need to move forward now. If you reconcile, then he can use that as a defense if you later choose to pursue the adultery charge.
