Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
My husband has moved our children out of state.
My husband moved our children from Virginia to South Carolina without a final agreement between the two of us. He has physical custody, we share joint legal custody. He is keeping them from being able to talk to me on the phone, and has done things that have affected me financially, so that I am unable to travel and visit them. He is denying our son needed medical care for ADD, and controls every move our teenage daughter makes, including having the police called on her for ''mouthing off'' to him. He lives in a house with an alcoholic, a known drug user (his brother), and where several guns are housed, along with ammunition. What can I do to get my children away from him?

File for sole or full custody(physical as well as legal)of the children.
