Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My husband & I have been seperated for 3 years and I have a boyfriend that lives with me for the last 7 months. My husband and I were planning on filing for divorce on our own and I have the papers filled out and then the other night my husband and I got into a huge arguement and I told him to forget doing it the easy way that I was going to get an attorney and file for full custody instead of joint. He then said that if thats what I want to do to go ahead, but until the final hearing my boys couldnt be around my boyfriend and that he would have to move out because he is considered a paramour. What is the law in this matter?
