Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My husband is stationed over seas and has not made contact with his daughter and i. im dtruggling to makeit on my own being a single mother what is the first step to gettting a divorce with him being stationed overseas with low income?

If he is on active military duty, then you may not be able to proceed with the case until he returns to the U.S. You can consult the JAG office to see if they can assist you.
