Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

hi i know this illegal mexican woman whos 22 and abt to give birth to her 5th child.. and she dosent want nor has the means to take care of the child and wanted to sign over her parental rights over to me so that i can rasied the child (the father is deported back to mexico ) so if we write up a legal notarized letter both in english and spanish and sign it with a wittness, will that be legal and make the legal parent ? and if this is not the right process what is ? thank you

That is highly illegal. Hire an attorney and go through the correct adoption process.
