Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
I have joint custody with my ex with my two kids and in are divorces paper it says nothing about someone to relocate to another state. i live in south carolina and would like to move back my home town of minnesota. can we keep same agreement with joint custody six month in south carolina and six month in Minnesota.
