In Judge Browns standard visitation could you explain the regular weekends are superceded by the other specific visitation set forth herein?

This provision means that holidays come first. In other words, if the mother is to have Memorial Day weekend this year, but that's the father's regularly scheduled weekend, then the child goes with the mother for the holiday and the father would have the next weekend.
