Kids staying with father and girlfriend
Is it considered to be unmoral?

Most Judges consider it to be an immoral environment to have a child overnight with one's boyfriend/girlfriend.
If there is an Order prohibiting such conduct, that person could be held in contempt of court for such conduct.
