Laws about Private Detectives

If party A hires a PI agency and then party B hires the same office, about a month later for same divorce, Can the private detective agency work for both a and B at the same time, on the same divorce case.

Also, Can a PI obtain legal evidence when they are on private property that is

posted No Trespassing

It sounds like the PI agency has a conflict of interest. PI's are licensed in South Carolina. For clarification, I would advise you to contact the Licensing Board in Columbia. As to collecting evidence from being on posted property, the answer is yes and no. Yes, in that the evidence can still be used. No, in that trespassing is a crime and you have the right to call the police and request a warrant for their arrest.
