my lawyer told me i had to get married to again so i could fight for my kids my ex husband got temp cousdy but they been living with me for the past 3 years and he dont call them r nothing r come to see them he dont even have his own place.and my lawyer was gonna send my papers so i can take him to court but he hasnt done that yet i try to call him i cant get him and we done payed him

You should schedule an appointment with your attorney to discuss your concerns and possible resolutions to them. If you are not satisfied, you may want to consider releasing that attorney and finding another one.
