Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

legal name

If I do not show a middle name on my birth ctf but have been using my confirmation name as a middle name on most of my legal doc. shd I have the middle name I have been using for years legally added to my name.

You don't necessarily "have" to, but it is always a good idea to have your "legal" name be the same as the one that you use. Getting your name changed is not a terribly hard process, though there are several legal hoops that you must jump through in order to do so.
