Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I am not legally seperated but have been seperated for a year and a month. I am interested in buying into investment property, i need to know will my spouse be entitled to any of this property.

If nothing has been filed with the Court, then there is some risk that your spouse could be entitled to a portion of the investment property.
