Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I live with my boyfriend of 7 yrs. I moved in with him about a year ago. His exwife is now filing an amendment to the child support seeking more money. He lawyer has sent an admissions filing to my boyfriend in which I am to disclose how much I make montly, yearly and what my assetts are. Can she attach my income to his to get the addtional child support. Do I have to do this?

Your income is not relevant in his child support case, and the Court will typically not require you to disclose any such information. If he has an attorney, his attorney should move to stop their inquiry into your income. If he does not have one, he should get one a.s.a.p.
