Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
I live in Charleston S.C. and would like to represent myself in an upcoming child custody case. My question is this..., "How & what" motion(s) do I need to file? Curently, it is a shared custody agreement, but I will be going for full.

If you are asking how to represent yourself in a custody case, the only advice that I can give is to hire an experienced family law attorney. Custody cases are very difficult, and you will most certainly not fare well trying to do this yourself.
If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.SpartanburgLawyers.com). I wish you the best of luck.
