Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I was living with my boyfriend although we both knew i was pregrant but not sure if he was the father, so when he was born not wanting to put a burden on him I gave my son my last name. We are married now and there is no doubt that he is the father how can I change the birth certificate and give my son his fathers last name and list him as the father.
