Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
We have been living as husband and wife since 2004 and everything was perfect. I suffered a stroke in 2008 and he never left my side while in the hospital.Everything has been fine since then as he has been there for me. So Nov 2009 we talked about moving to Raleigh so he can be closer to his sickly brother so I finally said yes in FEB, 2010,and we started making arrangements. So in March,2010 we were approved for an apartment so we decided that he would go ahead and get things straight with finding doctors for me and a school for my son. Unfortunately I received our alltel bill and saw some strange number and late night calls so I called the number and a woman answered and I told her who I was and she was totally shocked as she was told he lived alone and had no woman. She then let me know he invited her to the apt. and they engaged in sex in our bed, She has been spending nights there and he to her house. He paid the alltel bill on 4/26 out of my checking account then turned around and took me off the account as an authorized user so I was unable to take my info off the account.I need legal advice on what can I can do.

Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
