If a man and woman gave their rights to the mans parents who have custody now, how would the girl and her parents need to do to get custody of the child bk

If she wants to modify the terms of a custody order, then she will need to file a new action in Family Court, prove that there has been a significant change of circumstances since they were last in Court, and prove that it's in the child's best interest for custody to be given to her.
